2. Scope of this page

3.1 Reward
Eligible users who pre-register for The MachinEGG on Google Play before the official launch may receive the following reward after launch:
Pre-registration Reward: Remove Ads
This reward unlocks the ad-free bonus in The MachinEGG for eligible users. It provides the same in-game benefit as the standard “Remove Ads” purchase.
3.2 Eligibility
To receive the reward, users must:
- Pre-register for The MachinEGG on Google Play before the official launch.
- Install or open the App after launch using an eligible Google Play account.
- Use a compatible Android device and a country or region where the pre-registration campaign and reward are available.
The reward is linked to the Google Play account used for pre-registration and delivery.
3.3 Delivery
The reward is delivered through Google Play as a one-time in-app product specifically created for the pre-registration campaign.
The App will check Google Play ownership of the reward product after launch. If the reward is detected, ads will be removed automatically.
Delivery may require an internet connection and access to Google Play services. In some cases, reward detection may take some time after installation or launch.
3.4 Limitations
The reward:
- Has no cash value.
- Cannot be exchanged for money or other products.
- Cannot be transferred to another user or account.
- Is limited to eligible users who completed pre-registration through Google Play.
- May not be available on unsupported devices, unsupported regions, or installations outside Google Play.
3.5 Abuse and technical issues
MachinEgg Studio may refuse or revoke reward access in cases of fraud, abuse, manipulation, or technical misuse.
If an eligible user does not receive the reward after launch, they may contact support with relevant information about their Google Play installation, account, and device.
3.6 Changes
The reward offered during the active pre-registration campaign will not be changed or removed while the campaign is active, in accordance with Google Play requirements.
These terms may be updated to clarify wording, fix errors, or provide additional information, without reducing the promised reward for eligible users.
4. Data we do not directly collect
At this time, the App does not directly collect or store the following personal data on servers controlled by MachinEgg Studio:
- Name, surname, or postal address.
- Email address or phone number provided inside the App.
- Passwords or user accounts created inside the App.
- Photos, videos, contacts, SMS messages, call history, or personal files from the device.
- Precise user location.
- Full payment card details or financial information directly handled by MachinEgg Studio.
The App does not create its own user profiles and does not sell users’ personal data.
5. Advertising and third-party providers
The MachinEGG may display advertisements through advertising networks or third-party SDKs, such as Google AdMob or equivalent providers that may be added in future versions. These providers may collect or process technical data in order to serve ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, maintain security, and improve their services.
Depending on the provider and the user’s privacy settings, this data may include, among other things:

6. Consent for users in the EEA, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland
Where legally required, especially for users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the App or its advertising providers may display a consent message that allows users to accept, reject, or manage certain purposes related to personalized ads, mobile identifiers, local storage, cookies or similar technologies.
If a privacy or consent panel is shown inside the App, you may be able to change your choices through that panel. You may also limit or reset your advertising ID from the privacy settings of your Android device.
7. In-app purchases and Google Play rewards
The MachinEGG may offer optional in-app purchases, such as a non-consumable “Remove Ads” product. Purchases are handled by Google Play or other authorized payment processors. MachinEgg Studio does not directly receive or store your full payment card details.
Google Play may provide purchase status, transaction identifiers, product ownership information, and related technical data required to deliver purchased content, restore purchases, prevent fraud, comply with platform requirements, and provide support.
The pre-registration reward described in section 3 may also be delivered through Google Play as a one-time in-app product. The App uses Google Play ownership information to determine whether the ad-free bonus should be unlocked.
8. Analytics, diagnostics, and app stability
At this time, the App does not maintain its own user database or personal user profiles. However, some integrated SDKs, including advertising, billing, or diagnostics SDKs if added, may process technical and usage information to:

The MachinEGG is intended as a general entertainment game. At this time, the App does not ask users to provide personal data inside the App.
If the user is a minor, the App should be used with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, according to the laws applicable in the user’s country. If the App is specifically directed to children in the future or is included in Google Play family-oriented programs, appropriate measures will be taken to comply with applicable children’s privacy, advertising, and platform policies.

Technical data that may be processed by third-party providers may be used, where applicable, for the following purposes:

18. Data deletion
The App does not currently create user accounts or store cloud save data linked to a personal identity on servers controlled by MachinEgg Studio. If future versions include accounts, cloud saving, or similar features, instructions will be provided to request deletion of the account and associated data in accordance with applicable requirements.
For Google Play purchase and reward records, users should use Google Play and Google Account tools or contact Google support, as these records are managed by Google Play.
19. Changes to this Privacy Policy and Reward Terms
This page may be updated to reflect changes to the App, new features, Google Play requirements, legal changes, or new practices of third-party providers.
